LuminHealth: a personal project in production

Allow me to introduce LuminHealth: a clinical management system I built so doctors can access their patients' complete history in seconds.
I designed the backend. Built the frontend. Configured the server. Launched the product. And today it has real users in production. 🚀
A few months ago I started building LuminHealth — a clinical management system for specialist doctors in Venezuela. No team. No co-founder. Just me and the problem to solve. 💻
What I learned along the way:
→ Building a complete product teaches you more than any tutorial
→ NestJS + MongoDB on the backend, Next.js on the frontend, all in Docker on a VPS
→ The hardest part wasn't the code — it was keeping it alive in production 🔥
→ Every bug with real users hurts differently 😅
